1. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and never needs a refund.
2. First purchase
If a paid plan is not the right fit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review a full refund.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are refundable only if you cancel before the renewal date or if the charge is duplicated or erroneous.
4. How to request
Email support@flixiervideoeditor.lol with the account email and the Stripe receipt.
